September 2026 pilot incentives

• · $129/month for 12 consecutive billing months — qualifying enrollment by December 31, 2026
• · The 12-month benefit window belongs to the family: a sibling enrolled later shares the remainder of it and does not start a new period
• · Tuition transitions to the standard monthly rate, currently $149, when the window ends
• · Founding Family recognition may remain as a historical designation after promotional pricing ends
• · Founding Family certificate
• · Limited-edition Founding Family badge in the Viventa Passport™
• · Priority registration for future programs and camps
• · Invitation to exclusive events
• · Recognition on the Founding Families wall (optional)

Sibling discount

Enroll the whole family

• · First actively enrolled child: full tuition
• · Second actively enrolled child: 10% off tuition
• · Third and each additional actively enrolled child: 15% off tuition
• · Applies to tuition only — the registration fee is never discounted
• · Requires simultaneous active enrollment; recalculated when your enrolled children change
• · May be combined with the Founding Family rate

Payment policy

• · Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 5th
• · Membership bills automatically every month and continues until you withdraw
• · The $75 registration fee renews annually on each student's enrollment anniversary
• · A partial first month is prorated by scheduled sessions, not calendar days
• · No long-term fixed-term contract during the pilot
• · Withdrawal requires 30 days' written notice; billing continues through the notice period
