About the academy

A school for the skills life actually requires

Viventa Academy is a hands-on life skills academy for children and teens ages 6 to 17.

Mission

To equip children with practical life skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Vision

Every child should graduate not only prepared for college or careers, but prepared for life.

Our Story

Viventa Academy began with a simple observation shared by teachers, employers, and parents alike: bright, hardworking young people were leaving school without the everyday competence adulthood demands. So we built a school for the other half of education — the half taught with hands, tools, budgets, and real responsibility.

Why Life Skills Matter

Practical skill is the foundation of confidence. A child who can cook a meal, manage money, repair what breaks, and speak clearly in a group carries that capability into every part of life — academics, friendships, first jobs, and eventually their own household.

Our Educational Philosophy

Learn by doing. Every Viventa class centers on a real task with a real outcome, taught in small groups by instructors who work in the field. Students reflect, repeat, and demonstrate mastery before earning a badge — no participation trophies.

Community Impact

We partner with schools, community organizations, and local trades to bring life skills education to families of every background, supported by scholarship seats in every session.

Built to grow

Weekend programs, summer camps, after-school partnerships, online learning, and additional locations are all part of the Viventa roadmap.
